Define one workflow before expanding
We start by mapping the trigger, required fields, destination tools and person responsible for exceptions. An initial paid milestone can implement one bounded workflow or diagnose an existing failure. Access to sample payloads and an agreed test destination helps make the result verifiable.
Use AI where it helps the process
AI can extract structured information from an enquiry or retrieve a relevant answer from a knowledge base. The workflow still needs checks for missing values and uncertain results. We scope validation, duplicate handling and human review around the actual business process rather than assuming every model response is ready to use.
Relevant work and demonstrations
Paid work includes a WhatsApp AI customer support agent built with n8n and knowledge-base retrieval. A separate synthetic-data portfolio POC extracts enquiry details, creates a Trello card and sends a Slack notification. That POC demonstrates validation and manual-review routing; it is not a claim of a production Slack application or concurrency-safe duplicate prevention.
Repair existing integrations
If a workflow already exists, the first step is to trace a failed event from its trigger to the destination. We can then agree the changes, test cases and monitoring needed. Delivery may include workflow documentation, credential setup guidance and an explanation of how your team handles failed runs. The exact support arrangement is agreed separately.

Yes, a scoped integration can extend an existing workflow. We first check the available APIs, authentication and the fields your team needs. Slack and Trello can be used independently or together.
