A successful API response does not always mean a business event reached its destination. A diagnostic follows the event through the systems involved, reviews available logs and checks the expected state. The aim is to identify the failure and define a fix that can be tested against the original problem.
Review Terraform before deployment
A written pre-deployment review can examine Terraform and Docker configuration for correctness, security, cost and first-apply risks. Findings should point to the relevant file and explain the consequence. Running Terraform, changing code or deploying infrastructure are separate activities to agree in the scope.
Build AWS AI applications
Bedrock agents can connect natural-language questions to business data and approved tools. Work can include Python Lambda functions, Athena queries and API integrations. Before implementation, we define data access, failure handling and who owns the frontend, deployment and ongoing operation.
Paid work with specific responsibilities
For Emagination Cloud, the team built an operations agent using Bedrock, Lambda and Athena; the client owned the frontend and production deployment. Subscription integration recovery work addressed dropped cancellation events across Shopify, AWS and a telecoms provider, verified through a live simulation with ongoing maintenance. A separate paid two-hour review covered 13 Terraform files and a Dockerfile, identifying a migration script missing from the runtime image. That review delivered written findings, not a deployment.

Bring a description of the failure or planned change, the affected services and the outcome you need. We agree access and review boundaries before work begins. The first deliverable might be a diagnosis, a prioritised written report or a tested implementation milestone. Managed operations and support coverage require a separate agreement.

Engagements begin with a defined diagnostic, review or implementation scope. Ongoing maintenance can be discussed, but round-the-clock support is not included by default.
